The Essonne Meeting of February 6, 2020 aimed to understand the driving role of digital in the ecological transition. Given the multiplication of uses, this role involves sobriety in the use and pooling of solutions at the territorial level for better coordination, a role that the department can play. Without forgetting a digital divide which must not widen.
